Something worth trying!

Our Florida vacation was an adventure in culinary delight!   We made a fantastic discovery when we decided (against some folks' better judgment) to try The Slyce Pizza Bar at Indian Rocks Beach.  Wow, were we ever happy that we did!  The pizza was simply the best we've ever had - honestly.  But we started out with a beautiful antipasta salad.  It was so good we devoured it within minutes.  It was agreed before we left the table that we need to try to re-create this beauty.

Antipasta Lettuce mixture tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar then topped with Salami, Ham, Prosciutto, Capicola, tomato wedges, sliced red onion, roasted peppers, fresh Mozzarella, Provolone, pepperoncinis, Mediterranean olives, balsamic glaze and finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan.

 Must get the ingredients on the list and make the plan...
