Ingredients: 2 Cups all-purpose flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp kosher salt; 2 Sticks butter, softened to room temperature; 3/4 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup sugar; 1 egg; 2 tsp vanilla; 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1 cup toffee bits; 1 cup potato chips, crushed; 1/2 cup pretzels, chopped; 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt (Optional for topping)

Our girl, Rachel, has done it again! She made these last month sometime and while deciding what sweet item from Our Bakery to include in the swag bags for OUR FIRST EVER SOURDOUGH FOR BEGINNERS CLASS, I immediately requested these irresistible delights. The perfect combination of sweet and salty all wrapped up in a gooey cookie.
