Butter Rich Bread & Roll Dough

1 cup water
1 lare egg
3 1/4 cups bread flour
4 tbls sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbls dry milk
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Toss it all in the bread machine on the dough cycle. This makes the most delicious rolls of any shape and size!
