Missouri Baking Mix - hmm-hmm good!

For those of you who like to cook from scratch and/or want to save some money, try making your own baking mix. It works pretty much like Bisquick but usually is cheaper. I say usually because it depends on what brands you use to make the mix and the current cost in your area. This site gives you a good breakdown of the cost comparison and the directions for making it in either a small or large batch.

We had yummy pancakes this morning using this mix.
